Biologist / Biotechnologist

Scope

We seek an expert Biologist / Biotechnologist to take an active role in our development.

This is a full-time position within the R&D department, headed by the company CSO, working at company HQ in Jerusalem and at facilities abroad.

 

Required

  • Education: M.Sc. in life/health sciences. Ph.D. is an advantage

  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial or medical laboratory experience

  • Good technical skills

  • Available for regular, frequent travel abroad

  • High level of English

  • Excellent interpersonal relation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to both professionals and lay-persons

Advantages

  • Food industry / pharma experience - a plus

  • Training and/or teaching experience

  • Experience in scientific documentation, writing reports

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development of biotechnology products and methodology 

  • Receives guidance from more senior-level roles

  • Impacts results with own contributions

  • Accountable for the quality of own work
